Vinyl-4-Vets offers a variety of analog sound healing therapies by gifting record players and vinyl records on the healing and sleep frequencies to our neighbors suffering with sleep disorders and traumatic stress.  

  • 528 Hz: Often referred to as the "Love Frequency," it is believed to promote healing, bring positive transformation, and restore DNA to its original, perfect state.
  • 432 Hz: This is known as the sleep frequency and promotes relaxation, sleep, and spiritual development.
  • 639 Hz: Associated with connecting and harmonizing relationships, enhancing communication, understanding, tolerance, and love.
  • 396 Hz: Said to help in liberating guilt and fear, creating a foundation of emotional stability.
  • 741 Hz: Associated with solving problems, expressions/solutions, cleaning and solving things on a spiritual level.
  • 187 Hz: Calming frequency.
